Recruiting specalist

Dmitri joined to Kaz Project Operating  team in 2018 and is currently recruiting for various projects in  various  industries. He is also responsible for analyzing and fully understanding the requirements of clients and the  projects themselves for conducting recruiting campaigns in accordance with them, and searching for the most suitable candidates.

Prior to joining our organization, Dmitry served in the Presidential regiment “Batyr” of the Security Service of  President of Kazakhstan, and worked  in a leading position in the security field.

Educational Qualification & Affiliations & Language Skills & Proficiency:

-Bachelor,  Vocational training, West Kazakhstan Agricultural Technological University of Zhangir Khan, Uralsk.

-Dmitri is fluent in Russian and Kazakh, also has basic knowledge of English.
