Aitkalieva Nurgul The Head of the Department of Safety, Labor Protection and Environmental Protection joined the company team in November 2018.
The Head of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Protection is involved in the project to provide local staff of KPO b.v. The Head of Health, Safety and Environmental Protection organizes and coordinates the labor protection work in the company, monitors compliance with the legislative and regulatory legal acts on labor protection in the structural units, conducts preventive work to prevent work-related injuries, occupational and industrial-related diseases, and measures to create healthy and safe working conditions.Participates in the consideration of accidents and the development of measures to prevent them. Provides conducting introductory and repeated briefings, training and testing of knowledge on labor protection of employees of the enterprise. It liaises with medical institutions, research and other organizations on labor protection issues and takes measures to implement their recommendations.
Prior to Kaz Project Operating LLP, she worked in local organizations as the Head of the Department of Health, Safety and Environmental Protection.
Qualifications, Membership in Professional Organizations and Knowledge of Languages:
West Kazakhstan Engineering and Technology University. Faculty of Ecology.
Knowledge of languages:
Russian. Kazakh, English, Turkish.

- Management system ISO 9001-2000, OHSAS 18001-2007
- Resolution of individual labor disputes by conciliation commissions: the basics of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and negotiation skills.
